Before
You Order...
There
are some things that you should know.
Once
you click on a "BUY NOW" button you will be taken
to a Secure Payment Processing form using PayPal.
After you fill out the form and hit Submit, you will be notified of your acceptance
or rejection with a minute or so.
Once accepted, you will be sent a Purchase Confirmation/Customer Receipt by
e-mail. Your receipt will say Rembrandt Enterprises on it, not Invisitec.
Along with your purchase, you will get Free unlimited e-mail technical support,
free update software for one year, if applicable.
We
assume you will do the installation yourself. If purchasing
one of our scripts, we assume that you have
script installation experience.
Of course, you may have us install it for you for a modest
fee, depending on your particular use and the extent of
your integration. If that is the
case
we will
need additional information.
If
you wish us to do the installation for you, after your
purchase is confirmed, please send us a copy of your Purchase
Confirmation/Customer Receipt along with the following
information, Example:
Domain
Address: (i.e. www.invisitec.com)
Domain IP Address: (i.e. 66.31.74.143) (ask your
hosting provider)
Username:(i.e. yourusername)
Password: (i.e. yourpassword)
Server type: i.e-> Linux, Cobalt, etc.
Whether your server allows scripts outside the "cgi-bin" (ask your
hosting provider)
Your path to Perl (Ask your
hosting provider)
Your absolute root path (ask your
hosting provider)
Your path to SendMail (ask your
hosting provider)
Your Host Name: i.e.-> ABC Domain Hosting
Your Host Tech Support Phone Number: i.e.-> 1-800-888-8888
If
purchasing one of our applets, they come with detailed
instructions, but require PHP be installed on your server.
Or
if you would prefer, you may tell us personally over the

anytime and someone will get back to you within 24 hours
or less, usually within 12 hours. Or

is as simple as istalling any program on your comnputer.
